The hoodie should be machine washed in cold or warm water with hoodie inside out. Do not wash in hot water. Use mild detergent, dry on delicate or low heat, or hang dry.

Yes, however do not iron directly over the vinyl print. Iron should be on cotton setting and do not use steam.
